For years we lived what almost no organizational chart reflects: the fitness coach who also acts as nutritionist, psychologist, rehab specialist and tech support. Excellent professionals covering three roles at once, with no clear guidelines and no system behind them.

It took us time to understand: the problem was never a lack of competence or effort. Football simply never built the working infrastructure that other industries solved decades ago. That chaos burns people out, destroys the return on every investment, and makes any sustainable project impossible.
